Attention watershed residents:
How does the quality and quantity of our water affect you? We want to hear from you during our door-to-door campaign. The summer of 2015 will be our second summer of visiting residents.
You can share your ideas, concerns, or ask us questions and learn more about water issues that impact residents. We’ll bring information sheets on important topics, and ask you if you want to become a supporter, volunteer, or member of our association. We’re also giving out beautiful fridge magnets featuring a lovely spot on Tracadie Bay.
If you aren’t home in the evenings to have a chat with someone from our team, email us at Info@WinterTracadie.ca to arrange a visit or phone call with someone at another time.
We would also welcome more volunteers for this or any other project. You can email us at Volunteer@WinterTracadie.ca for more information.
You can connect with us by Liking our page, Facebook.com/WRTBWA for more regular updates.
We have a Printable Flyer with this information and would love for people to post these around the watershed.
If you miss the visits by our staff and volunteers, below are all the documents they have to give out:
- What is a watershed?
- How we help our watershed
- The effects of unsustainable water extraction
- Nitrate in the Environment
- Buffer Zones Fact Sheet
- Septic Systems
- Membership Form
- Volunteer Opportunities
You can sign up as a supporter online too.Share on Facebook
